Inheems is a pop-up restaurant that takes fine dining to new heights. Our focus is on showcasing the sustainable ingredients of the Eastern Cape in an exclusive chef’s table dining experience. We take pride in crafting each dish using only the freshest locally sourced and foraged ingredients, resulting in a decadent culinary experience perfectly paired with the finest wines.

At Inheems, our commitment to sustainability is evident in every dish. Our menu is crafted using the freshest locally foraged ingredients, from herbs and plants to wild game meat and fish caught off the coast.

With a menu that changes with the seasons, each visit to Inheems is a truly unique dining experience. Whether you’re a foodie looking for new flavors, or simply looking for an unforgettable meal, we invite you to join us for an evening of fine dining. A sample of what you can expect from our menu includes:


Ceviche made from freshly caught local Shad and cured with zesty citrus. Served with a crispy tostada and a glass of light sparkling wine.


A South African delicacy: Marrow bones drizzled with olive oil and baked to perfection, flavored with natural rock salt and fine white pepper. Served with a slice of hand-made ciabatta and a glass of Pinot Noir to compliment the richness and full body of the dish.


Fresh local fish lightly poached in butter and flavored with wild garlic. Served on a bed of creamy wild mushroom risotto with a side of oven-caramelized sweet potato slices.

This dish is paired with a Pinot Gris to compliment both the delicate texture and flavor of the fish and the earthy notes found in the risotto.


End the evening off with a light and dreamy vanilla pannacotta, served with Num-Num berry syrup and passionfruit curd.

Inheems is available for private events and dinner parties. Accommodating 10 to 20 guests, we offer tailored menus for a personalized dining experience. Book now for an unforgettable event.
